Apparently this track is on the album above on the B side..the album came out in 1977 and from what I can see is Out Of Print:

I'm curious. What sent you on the hunt for this track? When and where did you hear it originally so that you are searching for it?? I always loved "Follow Your Heart" by them from back in the 60's...I have it too.
