The winds of Cartagena blow north, like a whispered promise invoking a sublime future,
Winds that have caressed Domingo,
Aromatic winds, African winds, Maroon winds,
warm winds, like warm bodies carrying the seeds of an enlivened history.

In the tropical corridors of Medellin there is a chill in the air,
a cool wind blowing north,
like cocaine,..blowing north.
Have you seen Domingo?
In the wind the bearded trees rifle their song of adoration.
Have you seen Domingo?
Laughter reveals the Palenque,
laughter that can be heard from Tierra del Fuego to the Bearing straights,
from Baranquilla to Mozambique, from New York to Peru,
revolutionary laughter, sensuous laughter,
laughter that will fill the centuries.
Have you seen Domingo?

Oh how beautifully you write!

Every.................single.................TIME I read your work,
dizziness encircles my senses. What is that??
Not that I don't know. Since long ago, if I come
across something wonderful-I get dizzy (slightly)
...as though I have an inborn sensor that says
....Mmmmm, this is delicious.

Bill, one thing feels frustrating.
It's that I don't know how to make
you know how your work affects me.
The style of your writing is
ethereal...
...and don't tell me I'm
generous! LOL

It's powerful, reminding me of my
father's mind. He, too, was a
writer...and on another level
from everybody else, like you.

I can barely see to type from the
place this piece has put me.

Thank you!!!

SUPERB!!!!!!
