His talents were inevitably recognized abroad where he has spent much of his time DJing and producing.

Frankie began his DJ career in the mid 70s in London lifting reggae sound system speaker boxes at the tender age of 13. After serving his apprenticeship as a box boy he then began to explore his musical tastes more in depth. Some of You may remember. Not sure why those little lines appear in front of the "http" on the 2nd 3rd and 4th url's. They should not be there. And I am just like my Daddy I'm always noticing. An imperfect perfectionist..LOL

Here's the four tracks up there. I was thinking that you need the url's too for your LL player.

LOL!! I started out putting him in HotHouse, and I still will--however, until people come in there more, I wanted this to be featured more broadly...so I did him as a blog first. I'll do it now though and change the order of the play.

Personally, I think the second one should go first--powerful stuff right there!!!! Whew!!

Now: You have full access to everything that I post. Just place your cursor on the track within the player above,
then right-click it. a box will open giving the option to "download this track". Ignore that little arrow that appears on the upper-right of the track. That's just some Yahoo mess. It doesn't lead to anything. Take whatever you want from wherever you want. Another option is join my Lab site and I will make you admin--that way you have carte blanche to ALL of my treasures.

For some reason the number 2 track isn't playing through. Let me investigate. I can't be havin that! LOL
By the by: I went berserk last night when I found Frankie...I mean I went mad!!! LOL

Quincy Jones is thoroughly entwined in the musical background of my young adulthood. A genius of unique quality. I have been posting blogs and music throughout the years and decided to embark on the arduous but satisfying task of gathering some of it to remember the excellent legacy that he left.
