This is sweet Edie. This is the reason I love this site...the variety of music you and others post here is wonderful and I've been exposed to artists I've never heard of and genres I've long forgotten. The people here are so talented and really have a passion for the music they love, Eventually I will get around to everyone's page (this might take a while whee! LOL) and let them know how much I appreciate their contributions and taking the time to compose their passion for all to enjoy.

This is so lifting for me to hear. I really appreciate your willingness to explore and not cater to what is popular at the moment...or historically popular...Music the curative for all times...All music should move and touch us in some way...this is just another way I feel the touch of your spirit...

In the spirit of my Andalusian (Moorish) brothers I love this music. I feel a real connection to the spirit that is manifest in the simple serenity of its melodies and rhythms. Thank you again E for a magnificent choice. You are so special! What an ear you have been blessed with. What a spirit you have been given. May your blessings be forever...

Quincy Jones is thoroughly entwined in the musical background of my young adulthood. A genius of unique quality. I have been posting blogs and music throughout the years and decided to embark on the arduous but satisfying task of gathering some of it to remember the excellent legacy that he left.
