Brother Gmack, i have been reflecting upon my Native American Heritage today and earlier today me and my mom was discussing it and went down to the Riverfront at the site of The Trail of Tears, we lost Relatives when The Cherokees were forced to move West...I made it my business early in life to never forget my Cherokee Roots and to learn as much as i can about their culture...We planning on going to the last meeting spot for The Cherokees before they were moved west, it's about 35 miles away from here, i want to go and just reflect, i know it will be a very moving experience.
Quincy Jones is thoroughly entwined in the musical background of my young adulthood. A genius of unique quality. I have been posting blogs and music throughout the years and decided to embark on the arduous but satisfying task of gathering some of it to remember the excellent legacy that he left.
