Flamingos-Would I Be Crying (1956)
According to super Doo Wop guru, Boston's Johnny C, The Flamingos hailed from Chicago, Illinois and were one of most prolific recording groups of the Doo Wop Era.. He says that "Would I Be Crying" was recorded in 1956 along with 2 other hits, "The Vow" and the immortal Doo Wop standard, "A Kiss From Your Lips...All three hits came from the velvet vocals of Mr. Johnny Carter..
