He was a preacher. I have Divided Soul and I always wanted to know more about the father--because he was a notorious cross dresser the book says. He was dressed like a drag queen on this video as a matter of fact but it's eerie how much Marvin looks like him--the broadness of his chest and nose and all! You can see why Marvin Jr. was so conflicted--clearly.

Sad, sad story. I am sooooo happy to have the wonderful musical legacy of Marvin II though. Whew! A treasure and then some!

Lawd Help Me...The man is flaming! So very sad how that all went down. It seems like Marvin Jr. is talking to a woman!!!!! Sad. I'm glad his father told him he was proud of him..every child needs that. Thanks Bert!!!!
