Chicago born Louis Price,who was only in the group for about 2 years, tears up this version of A Song For You. Recorded in Chicago at WTTW's Soundstage tv show. I believe around 1979.

I have a grainy copy of that concert from back in the day. And it was one the best vocal performances I've ever seen from the Temps. With Louis's gospel background, he brought a different vocal style to the group. He seems to have a strong personality and sometimes that can clash with a group leader (Otis)! So maybe that's why his tenure with the group was short lived.

This should be considered rare because i'm pretty sure there is not to many videos out there with Louis on lead...Great song, Great upload
