Shake, Rattle and Roll: An American Love Story was a mini-series that shown on CBS in the summer of 1999. I remember when i first saw the previews and just knew i was going to enjoy this. It has been so long since i have seen this, that i have pretty much forgotten what the movie was about..

I remember K-Ci and Jo Jo from Jodeci singing in a street corner group, somebody was playing Little Richard, Elvis Presley, Fats Dominos, Neil Sadaka, Chuck Berry, Dick Clark, and a host of others...

The part i remember the most was Terence Trent Darby playing Jackie Wilson, i was at work yesterday thinking about that part and was hoping it was somehow on Youtube....LOL. I'm sure glad it is and they need to put this classic movie on DVD.
